It generally takes 3 business days for funds to be transferred, once that has happened it will immediately ship to the address provided. We will e-mail you with a confirmation and tracking no. of your package.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Products purchased through our site are non-refundable due to special ordering to meet each customers needs, Any exchanges must be within 10-days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another exact product that sold if damaged is occurred to the product during shipment. If for any reason the product was faulty the equipment may be sent back to our facility for proper testing. If the equipment is found to be faulty we will replace the equipment under the manufacture warranty that is valid on the equipment and a replacement will be issued. You must receive an Return Authorization Number from us before the equipment is returned.
If any equipment you have ordered is back ordered our helpful staff will redirect you to an equivalent product with the information and price, but will only be sent to you once you acknowledge the acceptance of the substituted product. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address for our staff to contact you.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims -
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.
